General Terms and Conditions

General
These terms and conditions apply to every treatment, purchase, and agreement between Phēau and the client. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

Treatments
All treatments are performed with care, expertise, and in accordance with current professional standards. Phēau reserves the right to modify or refuse a treatment if deemed necessary due to safety, skin condition, or professional judgment.

Results
We work with a goal-oriented approach and high-quality standards. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on skin condition, lifestyle, aftercare, and adherence to advice. We undertake an obligation of effort, not an obligation of result.

Appointments
Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the treatment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. In case of a no-show, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the treatment time may be shortened while the full amount remains payable.

Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment for treatments and products must be made immediately after the appointment by debit card or cash, unless otherwise agreed. Promotions are valid within the specified period and while supplies last.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid until the stated expiration date or, if not specified, for two years from the date of issue. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Complaints
If a client has a complaint regarding a treatment or product, it must be submitted in writing as soon as possible and no later than five working days after discovery. Phēau will respond within five working days.
If a complaint is found to be justified, Phēau will repeat the treatment as agreed, unless this has demonstrably become meaningless for the client. If no agreement can be reached, the complaint may be submitted to the competent authority or a mediator.

Privacy & Confidentiality
The client must provide all relevant information necessary for the safe execution of the treatment. Personal data is processed carefully in accordance with applicable privacy laws. All shared information is treated confidentially unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Liability
Phēau is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, including medical conditions, medication use, or lifestyle.
Phēau is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

Damage & Theft
Phēau reserves the right to claim compensation if furniture, equipment, or products are damaged by a client. Theft of products or property will always be reported to the police.

Respectful Environment
Phēau stands for calmness, safety, and professionalism. In case of improper or disrespectful behavior, access to the salon may be denied.

Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
