Shipping Policy

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the next working day via PostNL or DHL. Delivery times may vary per location. The buyer is responsible for providing correct address details.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €7.95. Orders from €100 and above qualify for free shipping.

A track & trace code will be sent by email after shipment.
If your order has not been received within three working days after shipment, please contact us.

In case of damage or loss during transport, an investigation will be initiated. Depending on the outcome, a replacement product will be sent or the purchase amount will be refunded.
